On 16 March, ASESA was a major participant in the eighth edition of the Tarragona Job Fair as it was one of the entities that lent its support to this initiative of the Chamber whose purpose is to put hiring companies in contact with people actively seeking employment.
The Fair was undoubtedly a success as 75 companies took part and some 3,500 people passed through the Tarragona Exhibition Centre, making it the main employment platform in southern Catalonia.
The Fair was inaugurated by Laura Roigé, President of the Tarragona Chamber of Commerce, Pau Ricomà, Mayor of Tarragona, Francesc Pintado, President of the AEHT (Association of Hospitality Employers of Tarragona) and Francisco Claver, General Manager of ASESA.
In his opening speech, our General Manager expressed ASESA’s satisfaction for its contribution to the holding of an event that seeks to shorten the excessive distance between people looking for a job and companies that need to incorporate talent into their production processes. He also had a few words especially devoted to first-time job seekers.
